RE: Employee Recognition Award — Esri's Special Achievement in GIS
(SAG) Award
STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
Esri presented Jefferson County with Esri's Special Achievement in GIS (SAG) Award on
July 12, 2017. Selected from over 300,000 candidates, Jefferson County GIS, represented by
Doug Noltemeier, GIS Coordinator and Charlotte Stockard, GIS Analyst/Cartographer,
received the award for their innovative application of technology, data collection, geospatial
information visualization and leadership through GIS in the field of local government services.

RECOMMENDATION:
Allow Mark McCauley, Central Services Director, to publicly acknowledge and present the
SAG award to Doug Noltemeier and Charlotte Stockard at I Oam.
