Statement of Issue:
Publicly open and read bids submitted in accordance with the advertised `Call for Bids' for
the above referenced project. Bid Opening is scheduled for August 14, 2017. Submitted
bids will be opened and publicly read at 10:00 a.m. or shortly thereafter.
Analysis/Strategic Goals/ Pro's Et Cons:
This Project supports Jefferson County's Strategic Plan, Goal #6, Adequate Facilities for
work and play.
Fiscal Impact/Cost Benefit Analysis:
The Engineer's estimate for this work is $174,00 for Base Bid and all Alternates, inclusive
of WSST. This project is funded with County funds.
Recommendation:
Direct Public Works staff to open and read publicly the bids submitted for this project.
