CONSENT AGENDA: The Board unanimously approved the items on the consent agenda as presented: AGREEMENT re: School Based Mental Health Services; Discovery Behavioral Healthcare BID AWARD re: Construction for Quilcene Solid Waste Drop Box Site Improvements, Project No. 401 594 1984; Robert Coultas General Contracting Advisory Board Resignation re: Jefferson County Lodging Tax Advisory Committee (LTAC); Kyle Forgey, Kalaloch Lodge Advisory Board Reappointment re: Jefferson County Lodging Tax Advisory Committee (LTAC); Term Expires August 15, 2020; Debbie Wardrop Advisory Board Reappointment re: Jefferson County Solid Waste Advisory Committee (SWAC); Term Expires July 1, 2019; Chris Giraldes, D.M.- Murray’s Disposal Representative Advisory Board Appointment; Jefferson County Lodging Tax Advisory Committee (LTAC); Term Expires August 21, 2020; Joe Alfano, Kalaloch Lodge Payment of Jefferson County Vouchers/Warrants Dated August 14, 2017 Totaling $1,057,756.13 Payment of Jefferson County A/P Warrants Done by Payroll Dated August 5, 2017 Totaling $139,192.21 SPECIAL RECESS: The Commissioners recessed the meeting to view the Solar Eclipse. UPDATE: The Washington State Department of Natural Resources Briefed the Board on the 2nd Quarter County Income Report. ADDITIONAL BUSINESS: 1) EXECUTIVE SESSION: The Board held an Executive Session regarding potential litigation. 2) PAID TIME OFF (PTO) CASH OUT POLICY REVISION: After review, the Board concurred with the County Administrator’s intent to interpret existing policy consistent with proposed revisions to the PTO and Cash Out provisions of the Personnel Administration Manual in handling Paul Walters’ retirement. COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR BRIEFING: The Board discussed various topics and Calendar Coordination with the County Administrator.
