Port Townsend – September is National Preparedness Month.
Join us as we support emergency preparedness efforts
around the world and encourage everyone to take action!
We all know disasters don’t plan ahead, but you can take
action to:
Make a plan for yourself, family and friends
Plan to help your neighbor and community
Practice and build out your plans
Get involved and be a part of something larger
Visit local resources for more information at the Jefferson
County Department of Emergency Management and Local
2020, Neighborhood Preparedness for East Jefferson
County. Also, the Emergency Preparedness web page on the
County Public Health website offers specific information and
additional resources to assist individual, family and
community emergency preparedness efforts.
