We have been advised by the Jefferson County Planning Director and the County
Shorelines Advisory Committee that 'the construction of a pier and storage shed
near Brinnon, Jefferson County, proposed by Mr. Marlen Miller, is exempt under
the provisions of the Shorelines Act of 1971. We hereby concur with their find-
ings.
