• Today’s Goal: A finished intro/vision document (1-2 pages) for the comp plan.
• Define ground rules 3 PM DISCUSSION
• Agree on the basic form of document: an intro, a vision statement, and some
vision/values prose. (15 min)
• Agree on Short Future Vision Statement {Section #1} (30 min)
• Agree on Intro {Section #1} (60 min)
• [SHORT BREAK AROUND 5PM] Bring brown bag dinner/snacks/drinks
• Agree on {Section #3} (45 min)
• Delegate responsibilities 7 PM ADJOURNMENT
• Congratulate ourselves for work well done!
