RE: Annual State of Cooperative Extension Presentation
STATEMENT OF ISSUE: Annual presentation to update County Commissioners regarding
Cooperative Extension program outreach.
ANALYSIS: Laura Lewis, Director will present an annual report of the growth of outreach
to Jefferson County with Water Quality Programs; Master Gardener Programs; 4-H/Youth and
Family Programs; Small Farms Intern/Farmer education, gleaning/food justice and local farm
to table awareness; Noxious Weed Control.
FISCAL IMPACT: Financial Responsibility
