Deficiencies Noted: deficiencies must be corrected to ensure proper longevity of the Onsite Sewage System.
1. Risers need to be installed before next inspection
2. There is root intrusion in the Septic Tank and Pump Chamber
3. There is no structure connected to the system, so an accurate evaluation of the drainfleld could not be completed
