poster on or near the site identified in the following development description:
PROPOSAL: Shoreline Variance (Type III) to reduce the standard 150 foot shoreline buffer to 52 feet, as regulated by
the Shoreline Master Program Chapter 18.25 JCC, for construction of a new single family residence with an attached
garage. The parcel is constrained by existing onsite septic facilities. A No Net Loss and Mitigation Plan has been
submitted with the variance application materials. The project will require a public hearing. The project is exempt from
SEPA review under WAC 197-11-800 (1)(b)(i). Final authority for shoreline variance permit decisions rests with the
Washington State Department of Ecology.
The notice was posted in full compliance with JEFFERSON COUNTY UNIFIED DEVELOPMENT CODE on:
