RE: Proposed House at
401 Griffiths Pt. Rd.
My wife and I are 18 year Marrowstone Island residents
and have owned our property since 1986. We are two doors
away from the Andersons proposed house at 401 Griffiths
Point Road.
The Andersons have spent thousands of dollars clearing
this site and putting in a mound septic system. Their pro-
posed new house gill certainly help property values in the
area rather than the aging mobile home currently on site.
We strongly recommend that this proposed shoreline
variance be issued to the Andersons.
