Ms. Crosby's letter of interest for re -appointment to continue serving on the SWAC is attached. Analysis/Strategic Goals/Pro's and Con's: Ms. Crosby was first appointed to the SWAC in 2013 and has remained an active member to the degree of independent inquiry of solid waste issues and reporting of findings to the SWAC. Ms. Crosby provides helpful input and is becoming a part of the SWACs institutional memory. Fiscal Impact/Cost Benefit Analysis: Local SWAC is mandated by RCW 70.95.165(3) and costs associated with SWAC functions, are budgeted for in the 2017 Solid Waste Budget.
