If you have more than one idea, fantastic! GOALS: Review Results of SWOT Analysis; Begin to Frame the Action Campaign AGENDA 3:30 p.m. Call to Order 3:35 Approval of Agenda & Minutes (July 18, 2012) 3:40 Results of Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats SWOT Analysis (Judy Surber) 3:45 Guest Speakers: Al Cairns and Richard Talbot, Jefferson County Public Works Solid Waste Division Al and Richard will give us a brief overview of the County’s waste stream and ongoing efforts to encourage citizens to reduce, reuse, recycle.
