GOALS: During this meeting, the group will identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and
threats. Based upon this knowledge, we’ll begin to brainstorm overarching strategies, messaging,
and some near-term action items.

Strengths: characteristics of the CAC that give it an advantage over others
Weaknesses (or Limitations): are characteristics that place the team at a
disadvantage relative to others
Opportunities: external chances to improve performance in the environment
Threats: external elements in the environment that could challenge the mission
