What is the single most significant change you have made personally that reduced your carbon emissions? What was the motivating factor?
GOALS: During this meeting, the group will identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Based upon this knowledge, we’ll begin to brainstorm overarching strategies,
messaging, and some near-term action items.

Strengths: characteristics of the CAC that give it an advantage over others
(Joint City & Co political support; broad membership base, connections? Influence? It’s about your ability to influence people to change! Do you know major employers in town?)
Weaknesses (or Limitations): are characteristics that place the team at a disadvantage relative to others (quarterly meetings)
Opportunities: external chances to improve performance in the environment there are many groups already engaged in efforts that reduce GHG emissions, who is doing what and how can we
help? Jefferson County Public Health, L2020, NWEI, EarthDayEveryDay, Jefferson County Builders Association Built Green, Jefferson CAN, etc. STUDENT INVOLVEMENT
