Homework:
- review Climate Action Plan, particularly Part V: Objectives and Actions, page 30-44
GOALS:
- Briefings on current CAC actions:
1) Booth at Jefferson County Fair and Neighborhood Fair
2) Students for Sustainability plans for lobbying and fund raising
- Review Climate Action Plan with two goals in mind:
1) revising the Plan to align with upcoming County plans
2) update CO2 emission values to align with current EPA standards
- Create organized series of actions leveraging the CAC and our collective resources

Report on the county fair and all-county picnic
Update on current plans for outreach (Plant for the Planet, etc.)
Solicit input from CAC members for additional plans to develop coordinated outreach campaign
4:30 Report on the Students for Sustainability's plans/actions – Ewan and Laura
- lobbying trip to DC in April; CAC members suggestions for lobbying topic; fundraising plans (tree planting, etc.);
4:45 Feasibility of updating Climate Action Plan inventory – Cindy and Laura
Create interest groups to suggest revisions
Correlating adaptation plans to the County Comprehensive Plan update?
5:00 Managing information to and from the CAC – Laura Tucker
Suggestions for dissemination of information from within the CAC and to the
community at large
