Based upon this knowledge, we’ll begin to brainstorm overarching strategies, messaging, and some near-term action items. AGENDA 3:30 p.m. Call to Order 3:35 Approval of Agenda & Minutes (May 16, 2012) 3:45 Turning Green Fatigue into Green Fatigues(Judy Surber) “You recycle and buy local – but the earth's still warming and the ice cap's still melting. If you're starting to feel apathy creeping in, you're not the only one.” 4:00 Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats Strengths: characteristics of the CAC that give it an advantage over others Weaknesses (or Limitations): are characteristics that place the team at a disadvantage relative to others Opportunities: external chances to improve performance in the environment Threats: external elements in the environment that could challenge the mission 4:25 Public Comment 4:30 BREAK 4:35 Strategic Planning Chapter V of the Action Plan provides the overarching objectives and actions– now to flesh out the details – who does what when and how?
