Minutes and
Agenda
As there was no quorum the minutes could not be
approved.
Climate Action
Committee
Extension
Zoe Ann submitted a copy of the January 3, 2011
letter from Al Scalf (DCD Director) to the City
Council and Board of County Commissioners
extending the CAC for one year (January 7,
2012). The letter states if the committee requires
additional time after this date, the committee shall
request an extension from the City Council and
the Board of County Commissioners.
Public Comments Kevin Clark provided handouts (attached).
Gene Farr and Harry Doyle had no comment.
Revised Work
Plan and Review
Draft Climate
Action Plan
Judy Surber reviewed changes to the work plan
and the draft Climate Action Plan. Brian
Goldstein, RCM, stated he feels comfortable with
his scope as discussed in the CAP. There will be
one more week for edits. 2020 will be added to
the table showing interim targets. Stan will do
the calculations. Basic #’s came from our
inventory. Explain key assumptions. Suggest
saving worksheet to the appendix.

Next Meeting The next meeting is scheduled from 3:00 – 5:00
on Wednesday, March 9, 2011 at the Port of Port
Townsend Administrative Office
