Share air time and encourage all members to participate Draft Meeting Notes Wednesday, October 11, 2017 4:00 to 5:00 pm Jefferson County Library THE CHIMACUM PREVENTION COALITION September 13, 2017 MEETING JEFFERSON COUNTY LIBRARY, 620 Cedar Avenue, Port Hadlock. Facilitators for this meeting: Denise Banker Purpose of the meeting: Election of Officers Members present: Sarah Rogers, Chris HoffmanHill, Mark Gudger. Members excused: Ron McClung, Ciela Meyer, Bob Wicks, Kris Becker, Richard Davies, Tanya Barnett, Brian MacKenzie, Pinky Feria Mingo, Dana Nixon. Time/Facilitator Activity 4:00 – Denise Call meeting to order 4:00 – 5:00 Because so few members were present, we decided to move the election of officers to November. Mark introduced himself more fully and we discussed the coalition he belonged to in South Kitsap Co. and described for him some of the challenges we face here in the Chimacum School District as its drug and alcohol prevention coalition. Mark suggested we move the meeting back to the Chimacum High School Library. We decided to do that and adjust the time to 3:00 – 4:00 to accommodate schedules. 5:00 Dismiss Please Note: The November 8, 2017 meeting of the Chimacum Prevention Coalition will be held at the Chimacum High School Library from 3:00 – 4:00 PM. If you or anyone you know wants to be involved in supporting students in their effort to avoid alcohol and other drugs, please join us. ALCOHOL AND OTHER DRUG PREVENTION IS GOOD WORK
