Crime Victim’s Services is at 47% of budget for the year. The rest are too early in the year to tell. Crime Victim’s Services is high due to 2016 residual expense.  General Fund Cash Balance - $4,360,809 which includes the $2.46 million budgeted and required reserve. This is in line with our typical pattern over the last nine years.  General Sales Tax Receipts - Stacie reported on the sales tax, but it was different than what was in the GF report. Stacie said she would review again and provide an update following the meeting.  REET Receipts - $78,597 in January and 77% over budget for the month. Seven single family residences sold for more than $500,000 of which one sold for $1.565 Million. Six of the seven were in Port Ludlow, and the one in Port Hadlock sold for $925,000. We had roughly the same number of transactions as January 2016, but REET receipts were 37% higher meaning the sale prices were higher.  Hotel/Motel Lodging Tax - $19,394 in January which is 4% over this month last year and 15.3% over budget. It’s also the highest receipts we’ve had in January in the last nine years. 2017 Budget Update Philip/Anne Nothing to report or add.
