ICA18531 re: 2018 Public Defense Funding; Improving the Quality of Public Defense Services; In the Amount of $32,792; Jefferson County Administrator; Washington State Office of Public Defense 3. AGREEMENT re: Jail Services; In the Amount $208,181.60 plus reimbursement costs in 2018, Base goes up 2.5% in 2019 & 2020; Jefferson County Commissioners, Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office; City of Port Townsend 4.
