You would still need to comply with state and federal regulation. Please contact me should you have any additional questions. Best regards, Stacie L. We have a client interested in Geoduck aquaculture in Jefferson County.Geoduck permitting seems to be a developing process statewide, and I just want to ensure I have the current requirements in order. I believe that once the new Shoreline Management Plan is in place aConditional Use Permit will be required, in addition to Master Land Use Application and a JARPA application. In the interim, is this the required permitting or is there another sequence of applications you prefer?
