RE: Clarification of my November 26,2013 Letter
Dear Amy,
This letter is clarification of my previous letter dated November 26, 2013 regarding the JARPA you
submitted for the BDNLLC Geoduck Farm located in Port Ludlow, WA with Section SE 33 Townsend
28N Range 01E, WM,parcel numbers 821334011, 821334078, 821334074, 821334075, 821334076.
Under the current Shoreline Management Master Program there are no permits or reviews required by
Jefferson County for this proposal.
This proposal is vested only in what is initiated and permitted prior to the effective date of the new
Shoreline Management Master Program. It is the property owner's responsibility to retain copies of
approvals, permits and other records documenting this.
After the adoption and effective date of the new Shoreline Management Master Program reviews and/or
permits will be required for activity,use or structure outside these parameters. Any use lawfully existing
and established prior to the effective date of the new Shoreline Management Master Program may be
maintained;however, any use begun or established after the effective date shall be required to comply
with the new Shoreline Management Master Program including permitting from Jefferson County.
