Hello, Patty.
It appears that Mr. Smersh is using a separate parcel of land, on the north side of Shine Road, for
commercial purposes, without a permit to do so. That is, he appears to be storing very large
mounds of plastic tubes, as part of his geoduck farming enterprise, on parcel number
970200001. See photo below, taken from Shine Road. This parcel is zoned rural residential and
currently has no house on it. (It is located just west of 1271 Shine Rd, which is a home and
parcel owned by someone else.)
Please instruct Mr. Smersh to stop any commercial use of this property without a valid permit.
