Please consider this reply an approval from both Terrapin Architecture PC(formerly Richard Berg Architects) and from
David Hellene to cancel the building permit application for the beach stairs at his property at 454 Reinier Road on
Marrowstone Island.

In 2009,you submitted building and shoreline applications for Mr. Hellene to construct stairs to the shoreline.
I am cancelling the shoreline substantial development application. I will be refunding the unused pre-paid shoreline and
SEPA application fees to the applicant.
As for the building application, the Building Department needs a letter in writing from you to cancel the building
application. Note that after six months from the time of application, pre-paid building application fees cannot be
refunded. Please reply to this email with an approval to cancel the building application.
