The undersigned, Terry R. Nealey, duly sworn under oath to make this statement hereby
declares:
That my wife, Janice E. Nealey, and I purchased the lot and cabin at 351 Pleasant Harbor
Road, Brinnon WA in 2006. We purchased the property from the George Zier estate. He had
died earlier in 2006.
We do not know when he or his predecessors made the improvements to the property, including
constructing the bulkhead. I asked the neighbors living nearby and one said he thought it was
constructed sometime around 1965. That is the best information we have been able to obtain.
This declaration is hereby made under penalty of perjury this 9th day of October, 2017.
