The vinyl sheet piling will be installed +/-3' below beach grade or to refusal, whichever is reached first, with +/-3' above beach grade. Three (3) manta ray anchors will be installed behind the wall, a 2x12 whaler along the face of the wall to attach the anchors to, and a cap installed on the top of the wall. Fill material for behind the wall will be put in place with conveyor over the bank and placed by hand. The wall will be installed in line with the old bulkhead. All materials will be delivered to the site by land through the subject property. 6b.
