Analysis/Strategic Goals: The Board issued a Call for Bids for the above materials on February 5, 2018. Bid invitations have been duly advertised in accordance with competitive bidding requirements. Fiscal Impact: Purchase of aggregate products for County BST Programs is accounted for in the Department of Public Works Budgets for Road Operations in calendar years 2018 and 2019. Recommendation: The Board is requested to have submitted bids opened and read publicly, and have the Public Works Department review and check the received bids, and then provide recommendations for further actions to the Board at a later date.
