DIRECTOR UPDATES 0:05:11 – Peterson Charnas yielded to Joel Peterson for an update on Comprehensive Plan. Joel reported that Berk Consultants has been chosen to help complete a first public review draft for the Comp Plan which is estimated to be available in late April. PUBLIC COMMENT (first opportunity; non-agenda topics) 0:22:48 – 0:33:12 The Chair opened the floor to public comment on topics not related to the agenda items. Comments provided during the noted timeframe included those on gun ranges, the county’s moratorium ordinance, shellfish farming and harvesting, and planning commission memberships. DISCUSSION 0:38:26 – Frostholm Follow-up discussion on Ag/CAO after Critical Areas Ordinance Update Workshop with Agricultural Community; Jan 23, 2018 at the Chimacum Grange. The Chair recognized and allowed to speak a member of the Jefferson County Conservation District Board of Supervisors. 1:23:11 – Charnas Discussion on Planning Commission Comments on Pleasant Harbor MPR Draft Development Agreement and MPR regulations.
