Scheduled for Monday, April 2, 2018 (NOTE: A Special Meeting will be
held on Monday, April 30, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioners'
Chambers)
STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
Review notice to cancel County Commissioner Regular Meeting; Scheduled for Monday, April 2, 2018.
Notice will be published in the Leader on March 28, 2018 and posted on the County website. A Special
Meeting will be held on Monday, April 30, 2018.
Two (2) County Commissioners will be out of the office and therefore will not be a quorum to hold the April
2, 2018 meeting.
RECOMMENDATION:
Approve notice to cancel County Commissioner Regular Meeting; Scheduled for Monday, April 2, 2018. A
Special Meeting will be held on Monday, April 30, 2018 and Regular BOCC meetings will resume on
Monday, May 7, 2018 at 9:00 a.m.

NOTICE OF
MEETING CANCELLATION
The Jefferson County Board of Commissioners has cancelled their regularly scheduled meeting
for Monday, April 2, 2018. (NOTE: A Special Meeting will be held on Monday, April 30, 2018
at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioners' Chambers) The regular meeting schedule will be resumed on
Monday, May 7, 2018. Meetings are held the first four Mondays of each month at 9:00 a.m.
