Deficiencies Noted:deficiencies must be corrected to ensure proper longevity of the Onsite Sewage System.
North house tank,House is vacant,no assessment of drain field was possible.Tank was pumped on 07-20-2016. No permit data on record.
South tank.Was pumped on 09-06-2016 No house on site,No assessment of drain field could be made..Top of tank was replaced.inlet and
outlet baffles were replaced.Risers were installed on inlet and outlet.no permit data on record.new site drawing sent to H.D.
