The Jefferson Healthcare clinics offer immunizations by appointment only, either with a well-child check
or as a nurse-only visit just for immunizations.
A list of immunizations required for pre-school and school are listed on the Washington State
Department of Health website in the section titled For Parents.
http://www.doh.wa.gov/CommunityandEnvironment/schools/Immunization .
Parents may access their children’s immunization records from the Washington State Immunization
Registry (WA-IIS). It allows you to see what is recommended for their age and to print out a Certificate of
Immunization Status (CIS) already filled out with their vaccine history. https://myir.net/
