AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE NO. 3-83
JEFFERSON COUNTY CAMPING & PARK LANDS ORDINANCE
SECTION 4 CAMPING
AN ORDINANCE revising fees for overnight camping and establishing no charge for disabled
veterans.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE JEFFERSON COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS:
Ordinance No. 3-83, Section 4 (6) is amended as follows:
6.
The fee for overnight camping shall be eight dollars ($8.00) per camping unit
except Lake Leland which shall be six dollars ($6.00) and an additional two
dollars ($2.00) shall be charge for all sites that have electrical hookups. There
shall be no charge to disabled veterans who possess a Veterans Lifetime Disability
Pass as issued by the State of Washington.
THIS ORDINANCE shall become effective ten (10) days after being signed by the Board.
