SECTION 46 FEE SCHEDULE
The following fees are payable annually on or before February 28.
Dog
Licensing:
For each fertile dog $15.00
For each dog spayed or neutered (Upon proof of spaying or neutering) 6.00~
Replacement of lost tag 1.00
Penalty - License not paid by February 28 (or 30 days after new resi-
dent/owner) Additional $10.00
Kennel Licensing:
Commercial Kennel License $30.00
Hobby Kennel License 30.00
Penalty Commercial or Hobby Kennel License not paid by February 28
Additional 10.00
Violations:
First Violation
Second Violation
Third Violation
Failure to respond to Notice of Infraction
Impound:
Fertile Dogs
Redemption from Impound -
(Redemption fee for dogs will include the unpaid license fee)

Adoption Fee:
Dogs (Spay/Neuter Deposit $25.006; License $6.00; Adoption $14.00)
Cats (Spay/Neuter Deposit $25.007; Adoption $10.00)
