ORDINANCE NO. 15-1228-92 -92 SECTION 1 - PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The purpose of this ordinance is to establish a unified fee schedule for the Jefferson County Planning and Building Department. This schedule shall apply to all fees required by the Planning and Building Department. SECTION 2 - FEE SCHEDULE: INTERIM ZONING APPROVAL APPLICATIONS (JEFFERSON COUNTY INTERIM ZOI~NG ORDINANCE NO. 01-0106-92 and 02-0127-92) BASE 1. Interim Zoning Applications $75.00 2. The fee is determined by a schedule established in the Uniform Building Code, and is based on the valuation of the structure. The fee that is charged by the Auditor's Office for filing. Page: 4 SECTION 4 - SEVERABILITY: If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase, or figure of this ordinance or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remainder of the ordinance or the application to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected.
