ORDINANCE -90
AN ORDINANCE REVISING THE
JEFFERSON COUNTY DEVELOPMENT CODE
ORDINANCE 3-89
WHEREAS, the Jefferson county has adopted the Jefferson County
Development Code, Ordinance 3-89; and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance currently is in non-compliance with Chapter
70.105 RCW, the State Hazardous Waste Management Act; and
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Planning Commission has conducted a
public hearing, reviewed and recommended certain changes to the
Jefferson County Development Code, and has further recommended
theses changes be included as amendments to Section 2.20 -
Definition, Section 3.40 - Exemptions, and Section 6.30 -
Industrial Development;
BE IT HEREBY ORDAINED that Sections 2.20, 3.40 and 6.30 of
Ordinance 3-89, the Jefferson County Development Code, be amended
to include the revisions attached hereto as Attachment 1.
