JEFFERSON COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT
RULES AND REGULATIONS
ON-SITE SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEMS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Jefferson County Board of
Commissioners will conduct a public hearing at the hour of 4:30 p.m. on
Monday August 27, 1990 in the Commissioners' Chambers, County Courthouse,
Port Townsend, Washington for the purpose of obtaining comments of all
interested persons on the proposed amendment to Ordinance No. 2-77, Jefferson
County Health Department Rules and Regulations for On-site sewage disposal

AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2-77
JEFFERSON COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT
RULES AND REGULATIONS
ON-SITE SEWAGE DISPOSAL SYSTEMS
Jefferson County Ordinance No. 2-77, relating to the County Health
Department and sewage disposal systems, is hereby amended as follows:
AM~D)~ENT TO SECTION II A~option by reference:
2.1
WAC 248-96-018 through WAC 248-96-175, State Board of Health Rules and
regulations governing On-Site Sewage Disposal Systems revised November,
1989 are hereby adopted by reference as Rules and Regulations of the
Jefferson County Health Department. .
There are no further proposed amendments to the Ordinance.
This ordinance shall become effective upon adoption.
