Member Philip Morley called the meeting to order at 9:35 a.m. in the presence of Member David
Alvarez. Chairman Lorna Delaney was absent.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Member Alvarez moved to approve the minutes of October 13, 2010 as presented and Member Morley
seconded the motion. The motion carried.
EXECUTIVE SESSION
The Committee met in Executive Session from 9:35 a.m. to 9:45 a.m. regarding potential litigation.
This exemption is outlined in the Open Public Meetings Act RCW 42.30.110(1)(i). The session actually
ran to 9:55 a.m. after being extended one time. At the conclusion of the Executive Session the meeting
was reconvened and the following claims were discussed:

The Committee reviewed the details of this claim. The Washington Counties Risk Pool has assigned an
adjuster to investigate this claim which has not been completed. The injured party has retained an
attorney and the Risk Pool adjuster has been in contact with that attorney. No action was taken by the
Committee.
