ALLEGATION: Damage to Vehicle Windshield
DISCUSSION: Upon reviewing the facts relating to this claim, it is determined that County road
maintenance personnel was performing sanding operations in the area where the incident
occurred, however, the sanding operation was not performed in a negligent manner by the
County employee operating the sanding truck. Thus, the County is not liable for the
damages and must deny this claim.
