HomeMy WebLinkAboutM07102007RISK MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE MINUTES July 10, 2007 Present: David Alvarez, Deputy Prosecuting Attorney John Fischbach, County Administrator, Risk Manager Erin Lundgren, Claims Coordinator CLAIMS CLAIMANT: Qwest CLAIM #: C-10-07 DAMAGES: $133.30 ALLEGATION: Damage to Buried Service Wire DISCUSSION: The Risk Management Committee reviewed the facts relating to this claim and concluded that Jefferson County is not liable for the damages sustained by the claimant. According to Jefferson County Public Works schedule records, road crew personnel were not performing work in the area where the alleged incident occurred on the date of June 4, 2007. Thus, the claim is denied. DECISION: Deny Claim Meeting adjourned.
