DISCUSSION: The Risk Manager and Deputy Prosecuting Attorney reviewed this claim and
agreed that the Washington Counties Risk Pool assign an adjustor to review the
facts of this claim.

ALLEGATION: Damage to Electrical Facilities (Request to Reconsider)
DISCUSSION: On July 2, 2007 it was recommended by the Risk Management Committee that
Jefferson County pay a reduced amount of $1,454.82 representing $2,010.23 less
Puget Sound Energy's labor and overhead costs. The claimant has submitted
additional information and requested this claim be reconsidered and the full amount
be paid. The Risk Manager and Deputy Prosecuting Attorney reviewed the
information and agreed to recommend that it be paid in full.

ALLEGATION: Damage to Buried Service Wires (Request to Reconsider)
DISCUSSION: The Risk Manager and Deputy Prosecuting Attorney reviewed these claims and
recommend that they be denied on the basis that it is the obligation of the claimant
to bury its underground equipment to a proper depth in order to prevent damage to
its communication facilities.
