DISCUSSION: The Risk Manager and Deputy Prosecuting Attorney reviewed this claim and verified that
the County Road Crew acted appropriately. The line damaged was four feet from the edge
of the road and had not been previously identified by the locator, who, while at the site,
admitted his mistake.
