ALLEGATION: Civil Rights Violation
DISCUSSION: Upon review of this claim the Risk Manager and Deputy Prosecuting Attorney agreed to
recommend that it be denied based on the finding that all matters in dispute were fully
adjudicated before the Superior Court and resolved adversely for the claimants. Further,
any decision by District Court Judge Mark Huth cannot give rise to civil liability because
of the doctrine of judicial immunity.

DAMAGES: Amount Unknown
ALLEGATION: False arrest, false imprisonment, assault & battery, defamation and humiliation
DISCUSSION: The Risk Manager and Deputy Prosecuting Attorney reviewed this claim and recommend
that it be denied on the basis that there was probable cause for the arrest. Further, the
claimant was immediately released from custody when it was discovered that the
witnesses had mistaken the claimant's identity.

DISCUSSION: The Risk Manager and Deputy Prosecuting Attorney reviewed the facts relating to this
claim and agreed that it is without merit and should be denied.
