ALLEGATION: Damage to Communication Equipment.
DISCUSSION: Upon review of the facts relating to this claim it is recommended that it be denied based on
the finding that while the Public Works Road Crew was performing brush cutting operations
in the area where the incident occurred, the claimant's service line was unmarked not visible
to the operator due to vegetation growth. It is the claimant's responsibility to visually mark
their equipment to prevent damage to such communication facilities.

ALLEGATION: Failure to Enforce Land Use Ordinances and Failure to Protect Landowners
