DISCUSSION: The Risk Manager and Deputy Prosecuting Attorney discussed this claim which appears to
include the same allegations made in a separate claim submitted by Ms. Thomas on May 10,
2005 (See claim #C-10-05). It was agreed to table taking action on this claim pending further
investigation.

damages claimed by Ms. Hankins.
