ALLEGATION: Failure to Submit Court Order to Proper Authorities to Clear Criminal Record.
DISCUSSION: The Risk Manager and Deputy Prosecuting Attorney discussed this claim and recommends
that it be denied. This finding is based on the fact that staff of the Superior Court Clerk's
Office complied with the laws in existence in 1998 and further assisted the claimant by faxing
the relevant documents to both the Washington State Department of Social and Health
Services and the Washington State Patrol.
DECISION: Deny Claim
