ALLEGATION: Vehicle Windshield Damage.
DISCUSSION: Upon reconsideration of this claim, the Risk Manager and Deputy Prosecuting Attorney
concluded that the sanding equipment was in operation at the time the incident occurred and
may have been the proximate cause of the damage sustained. (See also minutes of February
12, 2004.)

finding that no evidence was provided by the claimant to show that the actions of the County
were the proximate cause of the damages sustained.

ALLEGATION: Jefferson County retaliation and civil rights violations.
