DISCUSSION: The Risk Manager and Deputy Prosecuting Attorney reviewed this claim finding that there is no evidence of wrongdoing by the Clerk of the Superior Court and the allegations are without merit. DECISION: Deny claim CLAIMANT: Michael Pleines CLAIM #: C-9-04 DAMAGES: To be determined ALLEGATION: Wrongful termination. DISCUSSION: The Risk Manager and Deputy Prosecuting Attorney reviewed the above referenced claim. It is understood that the claimant was employed with Jefferson County prior to January 1, 1990. Any alleged employment claim is barred by the statute of limitations. DECISION: Deny claim Meeting adjourned.
