was agreed to table taking action on this claim pending further investigation.

DISCUSSION: The Risk Manager and Deputy Prosecuting Attorney reviewed this claim and found that
Jefferson County released the computer equipment to Clallam County on the same date that
the raid occurred in March 2002. Because Jefferson County did not improperly hold or store
the equipment that is the subject of this claim, it is recommended that the claim be denied.
