DISCUSSION: The claim referenced above was reviewed by the Risk Manager and Deputy Prosecuting
Attorney. According to the Public Works Department the County Road Maintenance Crew
was performing machine brushcutting in the area where the incident occurred and verified the
damages sustained.
DECISION: The Risk Manager and Deputy Prosecuting Attorney recommend the claim be paid.
