ALLEGATION: Failure to Investigate Allegations of Child Molestation.
DISCUSSION: The Risk Manager and Deputy Prosecuting Attorney reviewed the above referenced claim
finding that the facts do not support the allegations.
DECISION: The Risk Manager and Deputy Prosecuting Attorney recommend the claim be denied.

ALLEGATION: Wrongful Lot Line Adjustment.
DISCUSSION: The claim referenced above was reviewed by the Risk Manager and Deputy Prosecuting
Attorney. While liability is not admitted, it was agreed to settle the claim for $13,500.
DECISION: The Risk Manager and Deputy Prosecuting Attorney recommend the claim be settled for
$13,500.
